Vi hyr ut en möblerad uthyrningsdel med egen ingång i ett lugnt barnvänligt område på Altfiolsvägen i Gottsunda. Ligger ca 600 m från Gottsunda C där det finns flera mataffärer, andra affärer, restauranger, vårdcentral, simhall mm. Uthyrningsdelen består av sovrum, kokvrå, matplats samt badrum med dusch. I kokvrån finns det som syns på bilden, diskmöjligheter finns alltså precis intill kokvrån i badrummet. Tvättstuga finns på gården och bokas när man vill använda den. Totalt är uthyrningsdelen ca 15 m² så den passar för en person. Wifi, värme, vatten och hushållsel ingår. Flera busshållplatser finns nära och till Uppsala C tar det ca 20 min med buss. Det finns även bra gång- och cykelvägar och det tar ca 20 min till Uppsala C. Även nära till t ex Ångströms, BMC och SLU. Till Ångströms och BMC tar det ca 15 min med cykel och till SLU ca 10 min. Hyresgästen ska vara lugn, rökfri och djurfri med ordnad ekonomi. Hyran är på 5000 kr per månad och betalas i förskott. En deposition motsvarande en månadshyra betalas in innan inflyttning och återfås vid utflyttning om det inte finns någon anledning att behålla den. Furnished small studio apartment for rent Since our small studio apartment is now available again we’re looking for a new tenant. We will rent out a small furnished studio apartment in a calm family friendly area at Altfiolsvägen in Gottsunda. Approximately 600 m to Gottsunda C where there are several stores, restaurants, health central, public pool etc. The apartment consists of a bedroom, small kitchenette, dining area and a bathroom with shower. The pictures shows what's included in the kitchenette, washing dishes and getting water can be done in the bathroom that is just next to the kitchenette. There is a laundry room in a separate house close by that can be booked when needed. The apartment is approximately 15 m² so it’s suitable for one person. Wifi, heating, water and electricity is included. There are several bus stops close by and it takes around 20 minutes to Uppsala C with bus. There are also good communications for walking and biking and it takes around 20 minutes to bike to Uppsala C. It’s also close to Ångströms, BMC and SLU. To Ångströms and BMC it takes around 15 minutes to bike and to SLU it takes around 10 minutes to bike. The tenant should be calm, smoke-free and animal-free with a structured economy. The rent is 5000 SEK per month and will be paid in advance. A deposit of 5000 SEK will be paid before moving in and will be returned when moving out if there is no reason for it not to be returned. We will rent it out long-term and would preferably rent it out to someone who wants to live there for at least a year. Available immediately or upon agreement.
