Person receives key to home while queue waits

    This is Premium.

A better position in the housing hunt — and a little more help all the way home.

    Skip the queue

As Premium, you get access to new homes before others. A full 24 hours before, to be exact.

    Get contacted first

With a premium badge, you stand out and increase your chances of landlords contacting you even before the home is posted publicly.

    More serious contacts

Landlords only get serious inquiries, which means the right people get through faster.

    Perks for moving and cleaning

Get access to offers that make the move a little smoother when the time comes.

    A little less stress

When competition is high, Premium can give you a calmer head start in the housing hunt.

A viewing on Saturday works great.

    More serious contact

Landlords only get messages from serious, verified tenants. That means faster replies and a much better match for both sides.
