Living Situation We share the kitchen with handdish, bathroom (with bathtub). The room comes with bed linens, a towel, wardrobe in the hallway. The apartment is on the fourth floor—great daily exercise! We follow a cleaning schedule. We live independently but care about maintaining a supportive and caring environmen for each other. Rent & Terms Rent is 4000 SEK including wifi + 300-400kr for warmwater and electricity depending on consumtion Deposit: one month’s rent. You will need your own home insurance. A rental agreement will be signed with a 2-month notice period for the tenant and 3 months for the landlord. Some people contact me here and want to rent shorter period than 3 months. If I should have that agreement then I need to take higher rent because then its more like Airbnb. The apartment is smoke-free. Public Transport 2-minute walk to Rostorp bus stop – a quarter to Malmö Central. 10-minute walk to bus 130 toward Lund. Who I'm Looking For All genders welcome – woman, man, trans, or non-binary.
