It is a corridor room of 18.7 square meters, with private bathroom and shower. The kitchen is shared with 12 other tenants in the corridor, all very kind and respectful towards the communal living space. Electricity and water are both included in the rent. The location is perfect for being with easy walking distance to any university buildinig, and is located directly next to a supermarket allowing for easy grocery store trips at whim. In order to be a valid candidat for subletting you must be signed up and eligible for AF Bofstader: Registration certificate from Lund University for the rental period, or substantiation of expected participation. For new students in Lund, an admission decision is sufficient. A copy of the student card that states an affiliation with a student nation, or a receipt of payment to Studentlund.
