Ledig lägenhet att hyra på Johanneshov

Hi, The appartment I´m renting out is for the time I´ll be away grom the 1st of may up to six months, extension would need to talked closer to date. We are talking about an appartment 2min walking to skärmarbrink subway station, 10 min southern T- Centralen. Is a two room apartment about 50square meters, fully furnished and good lighting during summer with big windows on a 6thfloor. The rent to cover the expenses I have from it would be 13500kr I would request half a rent as deposit in case of breaking something. Kind regards,
