Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting November 1 in a shared apartment close to downtown Lund. The apartment is shared with three other students and the rent is 5500 a month + utilities. There is also a security deposit of 9000 that you would get back upon move out. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street just a 5 minute bike ride from the cathedral and city center. The room would come with a bed frame and clothing rack which I would like to sell to the new tenant but is otherwise unfurnished. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are furnished.
