I'm looking for a nice person to take over a room in Limhamn, from September 1st until further notice. It's a furnished room in a cozy apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with another female tenant. The rent is 5000kr/month, and electricity, heating, water, and wifi are included. A one-month deposit of 5000kr is refunded if the room is in good condition, and a one-month notice period is required before the move-out. The location is very convenient with good public transportation connections, including bus 7,12 to Malmö central station and 9 to Hylie. We're looking for a female tenant who is calm, respectful, non-smoking, and pet-free.
