The apartment itself is around 70 m², with a balcony, a shared kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is located in Nya Sorgenfri, about 5 minutes away from Värnhem (where most buses to Lund stop) and around a 10-minute bike ride from the city centre, Triangeln, Möllan and Malmö Central Station. There’s also an ICA grocery store and Nordic Wellness gym on the ground floor of the building, as well as a bus stop (Celsiusgården) right outside. A little about me: I enjoy cooking, sports, travelling, dancing, DIY projects and learning new things. I’m social and friendly and enjoy occasionally sharing a meal or having a chat at home, while also valuing independence and personal space. For me, home is somewhere that should feel calm, comfortable and tidy. I’m looking for someone friendly, open-minded and independent who values cleanliness, good communication, and a respectful shared living space We can arrange a viewing or a video call!
