Hejhej! We are looking for a new roommate for our cozy shared apartment in Norra Sofielund, with move-in available from November 1st (move-in date is flexible). Lease is month-to-month with the possibility to extend to 6+ months. The apartment has two floors and a large south-facing balcony, two bathrooms (two toilets and one shower), and spacious shared living areas. The available room is upstairs near the outdoor deck and second bathroom, cozy and furnished with a bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe with useful storage. The rent is 4,650 SEK per month, everything included. The location is great: Triangeln is about a 5-minute bike ride away, there are grocery stores nearby, and Möllan is close as well. If you’re commuting to Lund, bus 171 stops less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. About your future roomies: Both of us are interested in practicing our Swedish skills, and open to meeting people of many/all backgrounds. This is a queer-inclusive and anti-racist space. We like to keep the apartment clean, cozy, and welcoming, and we aim to cultivate a respectful, responsible collective in our wonderful neighborhood.
